Personal Observations:
Here we have our second, or kind of third, Boba Fett figure in the 5POA line. The only difference between the first two was that the one that came as part of the Return of the Jedi Digital Release Commemorative Collection has extra paint detail on the dart on Fett's left wrist gauntlet, while the original figure did not. This new figure is a completely new sculpt though, and is in my opinion, a better looking figure. The sculpt and the paint details on this Boba Fett are very nicely done. I think it would be hard to come up with a better looking Boba Fett in the 5POA line. The range of motion from the figure's ball jointed neck joint allow him to show a bit more attitude than the older figure, and the addition of a smaller blaster pistol with a working holster is a nice addition as well. The flame throwing backpack weapon is not movie accurate, but it is kind of fun. I see it has a blue Force Link logo on it as well, so if you have the Force Link toy, it should be able to make it's own unique sound. Despite how good this figure is, there are still a couple things that I wish were better. The first one, is that because the cape isn't removable, Boba can't sit. The holster would also get in the way for sitting, so sadly this figure is pretty much useless for vehicles that require sitting. The second issue is that due to the weight of his jetpack, it's very difficult for him to stand. As you can see in the top picture, I had to position his legs a little funny to get him to stand up straight while his arms were at his sides. If he holds his arms out in front of him, it helps him balance and stand properly. Overall, this is a really good figure and should be a lot of fun to play with, but if you want a Boba Fett that can fit in ships, you will want to have the old one too.
