Personal Observations
Goss Toowers is one of those characters that you have to watch the movie several times deliberately looking for the character just to see him. We are lucky we got a figure of Goss so early on in The Force Awakens line, because if he hadn't been part of the first big marketing push for this movie, he probably would have little chance of ever being made. As he is, he's a good figure, but might be seen as kind of boring to some kids and collectors due to him not being an action oriented character. Goss is basically an X-Wing mechanic, which might make him a handy figure to have if you own any X-Wings and pretend that they have been damaged in battle. This figure has a pretty nice costume, and with his overalls, he looks like he's ready to get to work. I really like the shiny gloves too! Goss comes with a silver blaster pistol as well as a buildable weapon piece (not pictured here). I doubt that Goss actually carried a blaster in the movie, but if you are pretending that your Risistance base has been invaded, then you will want your trusty mechanic to be able to defend himself! A couple things that are a little disappointing about this figure is that the paint job can tend to be a little sloppy around the pockets and overall straps and that he can't sit very well. One of the best qualities of this figure though is that he helps continue long tradition of having barely seen Star Wars aliens made into toys!
