Personal Observations
Han Solo (Bespin) is almost a great figure of a main character. The sculpt, for the most part, looks good, his colors are nice and he has a working holster, something that the previous Han Solo figure from A New Hope did not have. But sadly, this figure also has some major flaws. The first and most noticeable problem that you will find with this figure is that he can't sit. In the middle picture above, you can see that he can extend his right leg without a problem, but unless you are willing to damage the figure, the left leg cannot move into a sitting position. This is due to the little cylinder on Han's belt that's sculpted onto the figure's leg. If you try to force him to sit, this cylinder will get mangled. The Han figure from A New Hope had the same problem. I forced that one to sit, causing damage that can't be undone. It really is a shame that you can't have Han Solo, a figure who most kids will want to have pilot a vehicle, not be able to sit without causing damage to the figure. The other problem that I see with this figure is with the paint job on his face. On my figure, his eyes and eyebrows are not centered like they should be, resulting in Han having a strange look to his face. Some Han Solo (Bespin) figures might have a better paint job than mine, but since I ordered mine online due to the figure not being available in my country, I had to take what I was sent. Around the time this figure was made, paint applications in the 5POA line tended to be pretty sloppy, so getting a nice looking figure sight unseen was not a sure thing. If this figure could sit and had his eyes more centered he would look amazing. But since I'm picky about these sorts of things, this makes Han Solo (Bespin) one of the most disappointing figures for me in the 5POA line to date.
