Personal Observations:
The Inquisitor is the main villain in Star Wars Rebels who assists the Empire in hunting down any remaining Jedi and rounding up any untrained youth who have force abilities. He is the same species as the Utapau aliens in Revenge of the Sith, but somehow doesn't look quite as hideous. This figure was released at the same time as both a single carded figure and as a bonus pack in with the Target exclusive TIE Fighter. Mine came with the TIE Fighter, but I'm pretty sure both figures are identical. The figure looks just like the character in the TV series and has been sculpted in a neutral pose. While I usually prefer neutral poses, perhaps it would have benefited the Inquisitor to be in a little more of an action pose like the Saga Legends Darth Maul. The reason being is that when the Inquisitor holds his lightsaber it just looks a little odd to hold a double bladed lightsaber straight out like that, and if he lowers his lightsaber a bit it slashes into his leg. Like many Star Wars figures these days, the paint job can tend to be hit and miss. Mine looked good from what I could see in the package, but once I took the figure out, I could see that part of the insignia on his right shoulder was missing. The really good news is that he sits perfectly so he can fly his TIE Fighter or just about any other Star Wars vehicle. All in all, he is a pretty good toy and is a must have for any fans of Rebels. |
