Personal Observations
Ah yes, good old Nien Nunb. As of this writing, he has now appeared in three movies, and there's a good chance that he will appear in Episode IX as well. The figure here is based off his appearance in The Force Awakens, but I believe he looks exactly the same in The Last Jedi. In Return of the Jedi, his outfit was very similar, but I think his vest was at least a bit different. His face kind of looked different too, but maybe that could be explained by aging. Nien Nunb is actually a really well done figure with a nice range of motion in his head and a solid sculpt and paint job. He comes with a small silver blaster that he can hold decently as well as a buildable weapon piece. This accessory can be seen in the photo of the packaged figure, but since it's something that Nien Nunb never uses, I have a feeling that not too many fans are that excited about it. Nien sits decently, but with a lean. He should still be able to fit in most vehicles though. If there's one thing about this figure that could be changed, it would be that he had come with a removable X-Wing pilot helmet. Overall, if you like seeing Nien Nunb in the Sequel Trilogy, then you will want this figure. Hopefully we still see a Return of the Jedi Millennium Falcon co-pilot Nien Nunb in the future, but until then, this figure will do. Now if he only had his old buddy Lando to hang out with...
